Potato Salad Recipe
-Bubbie Ella’s Kitchen
Dairy Free, Kosher, Gluten Free
8 White Potatoes (leave the skin on)
4 Kosher Pickles (cut in small cubes)
1 can of cooked peas and cubed carrots
Handful of Dill (chopped up)
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of Miracle Whip
1 tsp of salt
Boil potatoes with skin. Once the potatoes are soft inside, take them out and let them cool down.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Add the pickles, peas & carrots, dill, mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, and salt.
Mix together and serve.
Tip- To cut down on the fat, you can use light mayonnaise and light Miracle Whip.
